Mezcal, Espadin, Cruz de Fuego Bottle:1 its future is already apparentThe agave harvested for this expression were between 7 and 10 years of age. This is an incredibly friendly expression of Mezcal, exhibiting the light sweetness of fresh root vegetables, stone fruit skin, and white flowers. Distilled in Santiago Matatln and bottled at 45% abv. A perfect match for Red meat, game, pasta with red sauce or pesto sauce, and semi hard cheese. Best served between 16 18C.
