It was my first visit to Corsica, and quite a bonus to taste the new wines from our friends on the neighboring island to the south. The standout for me was the Fria from Deperu Holler, a fresh and lively Vermentino that made my mouth water. Crisp, aromatic, and delicious going down, it was made all
