After gentle pressing, the must is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks and malolactic conversion is avoided. This vinification preserves alluring aromas of juicy apricots and peaches with mineral undertones. On the palate it has elegance, freshness and sweetness in a sleek body finished with a touch of smoke and spice.
