From the opening, an exemplary fruit dominates a particularly expressive and fragrant nose. Beautiful aromas of citrus, pear and mirabelle plum, complemented by a pleasant touch of minerality. Superb texture. Fleshy mouth dominated by citrus fruits. Oily finish, coated, almost unctuous for a particularly charming wine. Drink with sausage, white meats, or certain cheeses such as poisses.
