Lots of orange and citrus peel, marmalade, grapefruit, floral, tons of phenol with an addictive grip on the palate and just enough volatility, never over the top. Yum. Goes with anything. Paired with Pasta, Shellfish, Mature and hard cheese, Lean fish and Cured Meat.
