Sabato Ratatouille Wine-Cider loved by the MedicisDescription A rustic and flavourful Provenal vegetable dish; courgettes, eggplant, onions, sweet peppers and garlic slowly cooked with fragrant herbs in a rich tomato and olive oil base, finished with Manzanilla olives and capers for depth and balance.
