The fullness and velvety sensations are brought out by the well structured tannins. The acidity is balanced with fruity sensations and a long saoury aftertaste. The pallet shows a slight bitter aftertaste (bitter almond), typical of Dolcetto from these areas. Ideal with Earthfood Starters, Pasta Meat, Pasta With Vegetables.
