Guatamala Finca El Injertal beans Notes: uncertifiedFinca El Injertal is located near several springs, which provide water during the dry season, as well as the energy to run the coffee mill. The farm sits on over 200 acres of land. Coffee is grown on 173 acres, while 32 acres are a forest reserve where native species of trees are kept to provide refuge for wildlife. In the 1930s, Jose Olivio Chavez, the founder of El Injertal, learned about coffee when he visited farms in northern Guatemala. He took
