Matured in ex bourbon casks it is then finished in Burgundy casks from Chateau de Chassagne Montrachet, these casks hold 228 litres and are called "Pieces" in Burgundy. Producers Notes: A delightful ruby colour to this whisky follows with vanilla, light chocolate flavours and a creamy richness and hints of red summer fruits.
