Even the individual curls in the child's hair are visible in this finely crafted miniature set on porcelain. The brooch dates to the Victorian era. It is mounted in 14k gold with a base metal pin stem and measures 0. 9 inches in diameter. The reverse side of the porcelain is stamped with a "V" and the number 7 (presumably a maker's mark).
