Artist's Notes On the Painting: It's impossible to pick a favorite of the lighthouses on Nantucket. Each one has such a distinct personality. But I love how the Brant Point light offers a hello and goodbye for everyone coming and going in the harbor. It seems the most social of the three lights, standing front and center in its busy location, watching all the action unfold
