La Sapata Babeasca Neagra 2021 *NEW* Size:750 ml which today represents a templeBabeasca Neagra meaning Grandmothers black grape, is a late ripening variety and therefore less prone to damaging spring frosts. It is grown organically, then fermented with natural yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and macerated with skins for 10 days. Fruity aromas with hints of Morello cherry. Well integrated and velvety with a fruity aftertaste and a very long finish. A real wow wine.
