Art Deco faience vase with a well balanced, rounded body and a slender neck with a softly undulating rim. Decorated in characteristic blue green tones with stylised plant motifs and fine brushwork, executed in the distinctive Lja decoration developed during the 1930s. The model is a clear example of Swedish Art Deco, combining natural inspiration with graphic ornamentation. Origin: Sweden. Designer: Ilse Claesson.
