Open fond nose on notes of sour cherry, fresh kirsch, expressive and frank. Supple, crisp, mineral attack with goof balance, medium body and nice finesse. Character on the sour cherry, grey pepper and minerality. Crisp and sapid finish with good length on tension and minerality with hints of black pepper.
