Hence the uninspiring designation "Vino Bianco" on the label of this wine. That does not do justice to the tension that you find in this bottle In the nose lychee, passion fruit, rose petals, mandarin and dill. In the mouth the wine is much fresher than the smell suggests. The fruit is supported by a chalky minerality and tight acids that slowly cleanse the mouth.
