Vagrant Cider Rook Cider 75cl Chateau Montrose made by carefully combining parcelsRook from Vagrant Cider is a single orchard blend of apples from an orchard near Porthallow. The orchard contains over thirty varieties and many of the trees are unapologetically biennial varieties in habit. Consequently, the character of the cider varies significantly from year to year. The harvest was rather heavy on bittersharps and light on bittersweets so this year the cider is somewhat bracing, but juicy and fruit forward with sherbetty zing.
