Antique Sapphire and Diamond Conversion Ring toy charm 8 inches from the topThis ring features a deep blue 1. 03ct natural heat treated sapphire surrounded by glittery old mine cut diamond accents. The top of the ring was originally an antique 18k gold brooch (circa 1870 1890) that our jeweler transformed by removing the pin findings and adding a 14k gold band. The face of the ring measures 0. 4 inches by 0. 8 inches wide, and it is in great condition. The ring is a size 7, but it can be resized free of charge. Materials: 18k
