Rico Nuevo is a small family estate working old bush vines across micro parcels, farming organically and vinifying with minimal intervention in steel, concrete and old wood. Al Raso is their open air, transparent expression of Gredos Garnacha, made to show the grape's lifted, savory side. Easygoing but with
