This item WILL NOT fit the earlier Land Rover Discovery 4 model 2010 -2014 ( see pictures )

The main housing/assembly is made from aluminium which has been painted black **NEW** the lights now have a black PCB to give more of an overall dark appearance when the light is off

Note: This loom does NOT fit the vehicles with the electrical deployable tow bar fitted - see item EWL331 if you have a deployable towbar fitted

The problem is that the gears are plastic and they wear out leading to a strange squealing noise that is most noticible immediately after your trun off the engine - see below video
