Rose Cut Diamond Ring | Antique Pin Conversion Ring star sapphire This antique enamel four-leaf cloverA sparkling rose cut diamond ring created from an antique bar pin (circa 1870 1900). Our jeweler removed the center element from the bar pin and added a hand crafted 14k gold band to transform the diamond flower into a ring. The ring features 9 rose cut closed back diamonds with inclusions (visible under magnification). The piece is currently a size 7, but it can be re sized free of charge. Materials: Diamond, Gold.
