A bit reductive on the nose

Finish is nicely dry and floral with distinct notes of jasmine and lavender

but it does seem to have streaks of alcohol and baked

After careful selection, the grapes were crushed and fermented in stainless steel presses for 7 days at a controlled temperature. 30% of the batch matured in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels, for a period of 12 months. Intense ruby hue, fruit and oak notes. Aromas of ripe red fruit and spices. In the mouth it reveals a well structured body and well matured tannins. Balanced and persistent finish.
