Meikle Toir The Chinquapin One Single Malt Whisky 70cl Blue Beetle this Rosso di Montalcino offersThe Chinquapin One from Meikle Toir has been aged in superior Chinquapin virgin oak barrels sourced from the Northern Ozark region of Missouri, USA. Produced to 35PPM after a long 160 hour fermentation. Aromas of smouldering oak embers, burn liquorice and honeycomb, wild heather, ginger, butterscotch and orange peel. The palate provides notes of dark chocolate, creme brulee and toasted almonds that lead to cinnamon brittle toffee.
