This fits both the 3 and 5 door models - its the same antenna but the spacing template is different for 3 and 5 door models

This item can also be used as part of a ClearSight retro-fit - see part number EWL082

As per the original Land Rover instructions they do not advise carrying loads more than 75Kg on the roof ( roof rack weight + luggage ) - this roof rack is 5Kg so this leaves a maximum of 70Kg load

so you will need to work this out yourself
