The estates proximity to the Gironde estuary provides an ideal microclimate for slow ripening and complex flavour development. ProductionThe blend comprises 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc. Traditional winemaking is followed by 12 months of
