Tobermory 25 Year Old 48.1% 70cl Kummel hints of honey and aA 25 year old Oloroso sherry cask finish from Tobermory. This unpeated, limited edition release has been bottled with natural colour and is non chill filtered. Tasting note: Nose: Orange oil, candied almonds, brown bread smothered in tick cut marmalade. Palate: bold and fruity with notes of blackcurrant, plumbs and redcurrants. Finishing with soft floral notes and a gentle waft of cinnamon. Finish: A long spicy finish with tropical notes.
