The grapes are harvested by hand when ripe, selecting the bunches carefully. Fermenting the must at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barriques. Deep ruby red and bright. Intense aroma of ripe red fruit, cherry, mulberry, bluberry, vanilla and aromatic herbs.
