Billard Santenay 'Les Hates' 2019 brand_Myers's as well as rich stewsA fairly new wine for Jerome Billard, this comes from vineyards in the Les Htes portion of Santenay, surrounded by better known, and more expensive, 1er Cru sites. As with all Billard wines, the vines are tended naturally and with minimal inputs (although Rafael, the horse, doesnt get down to this part of Burgundy often enough to take part in the vineyard work). In the warm, dry, 2019 vintage, the vines produced super ripe and concentrated Pinot Noir
