Gold Leaf Console Table Althorp offering a glimpse into 19th-centuryThis one of a kind gold leaf console table is a creative reinterpretation of an antique gilded dog that was sourced by our team. The origin of the gilded dog is somewhat mysterious; its head bears marks suggesting it might have been part of a larger structure, perhaps a console table or similar furniture piece. Using this intriguing artifact as inspiration, we designed and crafted a unique console table. Hand carved from wood and carefully finished
