Shows impressive concentration and crystalline purity, offering fragrant lemon, lime and crisp pear notes. A kiss of ripeness softens the sleek palate, which is lined with crushed slate notes and a waft of smoke. Chalky mineral tones echo on the finish, with good persistence.
